South Africa and Afghanistan are set to lock horns in their World Cup match on Friday at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. South Africa have already stormed into the semi-final of the World Cup after having already registered (6) wins from their last (8) matches. South Africa will be eager to return to winning ways after their back-breaking defeat against India in their last match. Proteas are currently positioned second in the points table as they look forward to preparing themselves for the bigger game in the semi-final through this match. Afghanistan, meanwhile are scrambling to get a win but their chances of getting into the semi-final have shrunk further after New Zealand beat Sri Lanka on Thursday, but Afghanistan have been impressive throughout the tournament and would not leave any stone unturned to give a tough fight to South Africa.
