India and West Indies will be locking horns in the second ODI match of the three-match series on Saturday at Barbados. Team India so far have had great outing against West Indies as they look to secure series while moving in second ODI. India had won the first ODI by thrashing the host by five wickets. India had witnessed fine performances from their players after bundling out the host for a low total of (114) with Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja claiming four and three wickets respectively. In the batting department, India’s opener Ishan Kishan had scored his half-century to take the team over the line but India also had some disappointment with Shubham Gill, Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav falling too early.
Heading into this match, India would want to do more experimentation keeping in mind the Asia Cup and ODI World Cup. West Indies, on the other hand, would hope to bounce back in the series by levelling it 1-1. Currently, India are leading the series by 1-0. In the first ODI, Rohit Sharma had not opened the batting for the team as he had given chance to Ishan Kishan to try out some combinations.
